Refund policy

Cancel orders: After you place your order, you will receive a tracking number for your item(s). Only before your tracking number has been assigned to you, can cancel your order if you wish.  Not after the tracking number has been issued to you. 

Package damages and issues: Make sure to fully inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We need time to evaluate and correct the issue.

Disputes and Chargebacks: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file a prompt investigation with your bank to resolve the issue.  We are responsible for the lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
