We are not responsible for any import taxes and duties your country imposes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company. Please check the product description for that product's specific shipping time when you checkout. Some products may have different shipping times depending on if it is a body butter or piece of clothing.

Please note that once we ship your package, we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries; any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claiming & locating packages. Please ensure that all addresses, building numbers, street numbers, zip codes and all corresponding information is correct to ensure package arrives at intended location. Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order, we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to their fulfillment.

Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.
